Knežja Lipa (German: Graflinden) is a settlement to the southeast of Kočevje in southern Slovenia. The area is part of the traditional region of Lower Carniola and is now included in the Southeast Slovenia statistical region.[2]
The medieval church in the settlement, dedicated to the Holy Trinity, was destroyed during the Second World War and never rebuilt. A secomd church to the southeast of the main settlement is dedicated to Saint Nicholas and was restored in the 1980s. Some 16th century frescos have survived on the interior arch and sanctuary.[3]
